Description
The ENT department carries out the largest number of surgeries covering all aspects of ENT surgeries from basic to the most advanced, with involvement of Oncology and Plastic Surgeons. The specialty covers every aspect of head & neck surgeries. The department is one of the leading centres for cochlear implants in the country with a team of dedicated residents who are available round the clock to provide patient care.
The outpatient facility is one of the busiest seen in a private hospital attending to atleast 2000-3000 patients each month. The Audiology department, part of ENT has been rated the best in Mumbai. The department has four audiologists who provide full range of audiology services including cochlear implant, assessment and rehabilitation. Due to the quality of treatment, the department attracts patients from all over the world.

- Awarded ELIE AIZER SULTAN AND INDIAN SOCIETY OF OTOLGY FOREIGN TRAVEL FELLOWSHIP IN 2006.
- Attended microsurgery of the ear and temporal bone dissection course of Dr. Andre Sultan in Paris from 8 – 15 June 2006.
- Visited Jean Causse Clinic, Bezier France from 15 - 28 June 2006 and got an opportunity to see and assist various operations like Ossiculoplasty, Stapedectomy and Implantable Hearing Aids.
Dr. Milind V. Kirtane
- Dr. Kirtane has performed over 3000 Cochlear Implant surgeries successfully, many of them with the help of donations.
- He has been conducting training workshops for the past several years on Micro surgery of the ear, cochlear implants and endoscopic sinus surgery. He has trained over 1200 ENT surgeons through these workshops.
- He has been operating for the ADIP scheme of the central government doing cochlear implants on deaf children.
